  • Where and when will INTERMAT take place?
    INTERMAT will take place from 24 to 27 april 2024 at the Parc des expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte - France. It will be open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
  • How do I get into the exhibition?
    • You have registered before the exhibition on our website: Direct access to the exhibition on presentation of your badge received by email.
    • You have an invitation card:

    Option 1: Go to our website to register: enter the code that appears on your invitation card, fill in the registration form and confirm your order. You will automatically receive an email containing your badge. You can print it out or present it directly at the exhibition reception on your smartphone.

    Option 2: If you did not request your badge beforehand, you must present your invitation card at the entrance and provide the necessary information to obtain your access badge.

    • If you do not have a badge or an invitation card: you can buy a badge (€67 incl. tax) at one of the ticket offices located at the entrances and provide the necessary information to obtain your access badge


  • What’s the price?
    For individual visitors, the badge costs €37 (incl. VAT) online and €67 (incl. VAT) at the show entrance.
  • Is there a group rate?
    For a group of 10 or more visitors, the single badge costs €37 incl. tax at the entrance of the show and it’s free when registering online.
  • Is there a student rate?
    1. Online: FREE WITH PROOF for individual students or groups of students
    2. At the entrance of the exhibition: FREE WITH PROOF for individual students or groups of students

    Please note that in all cases, proof of identity is required at the time of registration. The request for student badges is subject to acceptance by the INTERMAT team.

  • Are there special rates for children, teachers, the retired, the unemployed, works councils or former exhibitors?
    We would like to remind you that INTERMAT 2024 is a trade show for professionals only.
  • Can minors come to the show?
    Please note that as INTERMAT is a trade show, there are no special children's rates. However, children aged 12 and over can enter the show free without a visitor's badge on presentation of proof of age. There are no services dedicated to children on site (nursery, playground...).


  • How do I register online?
    To get your INTERMAT 2024 badge, you can register online (recommended for a good price and to avoid the queue at the entrance of the show). A "Take your ticket" button appears on the home page. Click on the button, create your login and password and select "VISITOR" in step 1. Make sure you complete the order process by viewing the order confirmation page. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to download your badge.
  • What is the personal area for?

    As soon as a badge is requested for INTERMAT 2024, a personal space is automatically created. This personal space allows you to:

    • Track your online orders and download your badges
    • Request invitation letter (visa) related to the badges ordered
    • Finalize an unfinished (or running) order • Access the Business meetings platform (program of tailor-made meetings with the exhibitors of your choice to optimize your visit)
  • How do I take over a running order?

    To resume an unfinished order, you can log in via your personal space. A personal space creation email was sent to you at the start of your order: you will find a button to access your account.

    This email was sent to you with the address: and the subject: INTERMAT - Your account is activated.

  • How can I retrieve my password to access my personal area?
    For security reasons, the INTERMAT 2024 team cannot give you your password by phone or email. We invite you to click on the "Forgot password?" link on the home page of your personal space.
  • Does the badge I order online give me direct access to the show?
    Yes, the A4 badge ordered online gives you direct access to the show. It can be presented directly on a smartphone to access to the show.
  • Can I access the show with an e-badge on my mobile or tablet?
    Electronic media (PC screen, cell phone screen, etc.) are accepted for access to the show. If you have an e-badge on an electronic device, you can present it at access control to gain direct access to the show.
  • Can I edit my badge?
    We remind you that a badge is personal and nominative. Once ordered, it cannot be modified. All orders are final and non-refundable.
  • I've ordered a badge for the show, can I lend it to one of my colleagues?
    No. Your badge is personal and non-transferable.
  • Can I order an additional badge from my personal area?
    Yes, if you've already requested your badge and would like another one, you can add one or more badge requests from the "Colleagues" tab in your personal area.
  • J-ai commande mon badge mais je ne l-ai pas recu par email que puis-je faire

    You have ordered your INTERMAT 2024 access badge but it did not arrive in your mailbox:

    • Make sure your badge has not been identified as spam. The shipping address is Do not hesitate to add this address to your contact book.
    • Have you provided us with the correct email address?
    • Please also make sure you have completed the procedure. It is possible that you may not have finished your order. In this case, please check your mailbox: an e-mail to create a personal account has been sent to you.

  • I've received confirmation of my order and my badge by email, but I can't view it. What can I do?
    In your confirmation email, you can view your badge in PDF format. If you have trouble opening your badge, we recommend that you download the latest version of Adobe Reader, which will enable you to view your badge. You can also view it from your personal space.
  • What is the deadline for online badge requests?
    Visitor badges can be requested online until Saturday April 27 at 5pm.
  • Is my badge valid for the duration of the exhibition?
    Your badge gives you permanent access to the show: you can use it during the 5 days of the show and come several days with this badge.
  • How can I receive an invitation code to order my badge?
    The INTERMAT 2024 team issues paper invitation cards, or you can request your badge online by email. You can also contact the show's exhibitors and partners.
  • If I have a free code or invitation card, is it valid at the show entrance?
    Yes, free codes or invitation cards are accepted at the entrance to the show. Simply present it at the entrance and register on site to receive your access badge. However, we recommend that you apply for your badge online to avoid waiting on the day. You can use your code by registering online directly on our website.


  • I would like to apply for a VISA letter

    The VISA invitation letter is requested online. Once you have ordered your badge, you can request your invitation letter for your VISA from your personal space.

    A INTERMAT invitation letter will be sent to you by email and you will have to hand in this letter directly to the French embassy or consulate in your country of residence. Please note that the embassy or consulate is the sole decision-maker in obtaining your VISA and is your only contact for any further questions.


  • How can I obtain a press badge?

    To obtain your press access badge for INTERMAT 2024, go to the "badge request" area and create your login and password. In step 1, select JOURNALIST.

    Make sure you complete the press badge application process by viewing the confirmation page. Your accreditation request is subject to validation by the press agency. Once validated, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then be able to download your badge.

  • Can I obtain press accreditation on site?
    If you did not obtain press accreditation prior to the show, or if you have forgotten it, please go to one of the press desks located at the entrance to the show. Upon presentation of your press card, and subject to validation by our press agency, you may be given an accreditation that will allow access to the press service.


  • How to get to INTERMAT?

  • Which hotels are close to the exhibition?

  • Is there a charge for parking?

    Yes, the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte has several chargeable parking lots for visitors and exhibitors.

    Parking lots P1, P2 and P3 (14,000 parking spaces) are provided by the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte. Payment is made on leaving the parking lot.

    • From 0h to 6h: €0,80€ / 15min
    • From the 7th to the 24th hour: €20
    • Every additional 24-hour interval: €20
    • 24h-rate for lost ticke: €20
    • Bus fare per day: €40
  • Are there any cloakrooms?
    Cloakrooms are only available at the entrances.
  • Is it accessible for disabled visitors?

    The Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center is equipped to accommodate disabled visitors and offers many free care services

    • Armchair loan available
    • The exhibition centre has lifts and access ramps at the entrance to hall 5A, 6 and 7 to enable disabled people to get around the show easily
    • Priority spots for disabled taxis are provided between halls 5A and 6
    • Specialised vehicles will be available for transfers between visitor parking and entrance halls (the PRM shuttle service is available on +33 (0) 6 14 16 93 84)
  • Can I bring my dog to the show?
    No, animals are not allowed, except guide dogs.

  • How can I get access to my exhibitor area ?
    Your exhibitor area, which allows you to organize your participation at the show, can be reached at this link :
  • I’ve lost/ forgotten my login/password for my exhibitor area

    Your login is the e-mail address of your company’s stand manager which you provided when you signed your contract.

    If you have lost or forgotten your password, simple enter your login and click on “Forgot password?” You will be sent a new password automatically by e-mail to your stand manager’s inbox.

  • Can the badge be modified ?
    Badges are personal and name-specific, so they cannot be modified once they are ordered. All orders placed are final and definitive.


  • Where is the list of exhibitors?

  • How can I obtain the exhibitor catalog?

    If you ordered the catalog when you registered for the show, you can pick it up at the visitor reception desk on presentation of your badge.
