Essentials

Where and when will the exhibition take place?
The exhibition will take place from April 21 to 24, 2027 at the Parc des Expositions de Paris Nord Villepinte - France. The exhibition will be open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
How do I enter the exhibition?
  • Registration before the exhibition: direct access upon presentation of your badge received by email.
  • Invitation card:
    • Option 1 (recommended): online registration with the card code → badge sent by email (to be printed or presented on a smartphone).
    • Option 2: presentation of the card at the entrance and data entry on-site to print the badge.
  • Without badge or invitation: purchase on-site for €69 incl. VAT, then data entry to print the badge.

Ticketing

What is the price?
For an individual visitor, the badge is €39 incl. VAT online and €69 incl. VAT at the exhibition entrance.
Is there a group rate?
For a group of 10 or more visitors, the individual badge is €39 incl. VAT at the entrance and free if registered online.
Is there a student rate?
  • Online: free upon presentation of proof (individual students or groups).
  • At the entrance: free upon presentation of proof (individual students or groups).
Please note: proof is required during registration. Student badge requests are subject to approval by the INTERMAT team.
Are there specific rates (children, teachers, retirees, job seekers, works councils, former exhibitors)?
INTERMAT 2027 is an exhibition strictly reserved for professionals.
Can minors attend the exhibition?
INTERMAT does not provide a special child rate. However, children under 12 years old can enter for free upon presentation of proof. Note: No dedicated children's services on-site (daycare, playground...).

Registration

How do I register online?
Online registration (recommended) via the "Order your badge" button on the homepage. Create your login/password, select "VISITOR" at step 1, and complete the process until the confirmation page. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a link to download your badge.
What is the personal area for?
The personal area (created automatically after a badge request) allows you to:
  • Track your orders and download your badges
  • Request an invitation letter (visa) linked to the ordered badges
  • Complete an unfinished order
  • Access the Business meetings platform
How do I resume an order in progress?
Log in via your personal area (available soon). A personal area creation email is sent at the start of the order (sender: no-reply@comexposium-email.com, subject: INTERMAT - Your account is activated).
How do I recover my password?
For security reasons, the INTERMAT 2027 team cannot provide your password. Use the "Forgot password" link on the homepage of your personal area (available soon).
Does the online badge allow direct access to the exhibition?
Yes. The A4 badge ordered online allows direct access and can be presented on a smartphone.
Is my badge modifiable / transferable?
No. The badge is personal, nominative, non-modifiable, and non-transferable. All orders are final and non-refundable.
I didn't receive my badge by email, what should I do?
Check your spam folder (sender: mailing@gatrc-klipso-event.net), the spelling of the email entered, and ensure you finalized the order. Otherwise, contact the Hotline at +33 (0)1 49 20 45 13 or via the form.
What is the deadline for requesting badges online?
The visitor badge can be requested online until Saturday, April 24 at 5:00 pm.

International

I would like to request a VISA invitation letter
The request is made online from your personal area (available soon) after ordering the badge. The INTERMAT invitation letter will be sent to you by email. The Embassy/Consulate remains the decision-maker.

Press / Journalist

How do I get a press badge?
Go to the "badge request" area, create your login/password, and select JOURNALIST at step 1. The request is subject to validation. Contact: Esther Lemblé (LA VILLA) elemble@lavillagroupe.com / +33 6 23 49 63 61.
Can I get press accreditation on-site?
Yes, at the "press" desk at the entrance, upon presentation of your press card, subject to validation by the press agency.

General Information

How do I get to the exhibition?
By public transport, plane, car… All transport-related information is available on the website.
Is parking paid?
Yes. Parkings P1, P2, P3 (14,000 spaces). Payment upon exit.
0 to 6h: €0.80 / 15 min • 7th to 24th hour: €20 • 24h block: €20 • Lost ticket / 24h: €20 • Coach: €40/day
Is there a cloakroom at the exhibition?
Cloakrooms are available only at the hall entrances.
Access facilities for people with reduced mobility?
The park is equipped and offers free services: wheelchair loans, elevators/ramps, PRM taxi zone, PRM shuttle at +33 (0)6 14 16 93 84.
Can I come with my dog?
No, animals are prohibited except for guide dogs.

How do I access my exhibitor area?
Go to https://event.intermatconstruction.com/2027/, click on "Log in", then enter the email address linked to your registration and your password.

Where and when will the exhibition take place? (exhibitor access)
The exhibition will take place from April 21 to 24, 2027 at Paris Nord Villepinte. Public opening: 9am-6pm. Exhibitor access during opening hours: 7am to 8pm.
Forgot password: how to recover it?
Login = exhibition manager's email. Click on "Forgot password": a new password will be sent automatically.
Is the exhibitor pass modifiable?
No. A pass is personal and nominative: non-modifiable once ordered. All orders are final.

What is the list of exhibitors?
You can consult it on the website (available in the coming months).
How to obtain the exhibitor catalogue?
If ordered during registration: pick up at the visitor reception upon presentation of the badge.
Online: €30 incl. VAT • On-site: €40 incl. VAT

Exhibitor registration

Can multiple people exhibit on one stand?
Yes. For co-exhibitor/collective: order the corresponding item in the shop, then fill in the information in Partners > Declare my partners (organizer validation required).
Can I choose my location?
You can express your wish to your sales representative. A plan will be submitted to you for approval.
Which documents should I provide?
A Kbis (registration certificate) with contact details. Foreign companies: Intra-community VAT number or business certificate (VAT not applicable on participation according to conditions; VAT remains mandatory on passes/invitations/parking).

What are the stand offers?

Bare stand: who do I send my plan to?
Send your plan to Fabrice Digle: fabrice.digle@comexposium.com before January 31.
Machine in operation: what should I do?
Fill in the online "Machine in operation" form (one per machine) in Logistics / Forms/plans.

Exhibitor passes

How many exhibitor passes am I entitled to?
Quota according to m²:
  • 12–99 m²: 12 passes
  • 100–249 m²: 25 passes
  • 250–499 m²: 40 passes
  • 500 m²: 50 passes
  • Co-exhibitors / collective directs: 3 passes
How do I retrieve / personalize my exhibitor passes?
Download (PDF) approximately 1 month before opening, subject to payment. Personalization in Passes & Invitations > Exhibitors (or button on Homepage).

Orders / Invoice

I haven't received my invoice, how do I get it?
Customer area: Financial Space > Invoices and payments. If not visible, it will be uploaded as soon as possible.
Are shop items subject to a surcharge?
The shop closes on February 14 at 5:00 pm. After this date: 20% surcharge.
